A summary of our process
- First, we perform property boundary calculations and set up the drawing using geolocation based on the provided geo-coordinates.
- We utilize the prior survey and the most recent aerial imagery and identify changes to the property by comparing the last surveyed conditions with the updated aerial image. We share the findings with the client for verification and to facilitate a more accurate on-site survey.
- We draw all on-site improvements to reflect current conditions and depict them accurately according to the specified requirements.
- We prepare the drawing in compliance with ALTA/NSPS Table A items and clearly label each item on the drawing using its corresponding Table A item number.
- We fully integrate the title commitment into the drawing, ensuring all information matches accurately. We also include Schedule B-II items from the title commitment, with clear identification of whether they impact the property.
