A summary of our process
- We prepare a right-of-way survey based on COGO points.
- We usually are provided with thousands of strategically placed COGO points, organized sequentially by point numbers and codes for accurate identification.
- Using these points, their strategic sequence, and assigned codes, we develop the complete right-of-way survey. This includes the edge of asphalt, edge of concrete, sidewalks, driveways, right-of-way lines, and underground utility lines and blocks, such as sewer, water, gas, electric, as well as overhead electric lines with power poles.
