ALTA Survey

  1. First, we performed property boundary calculations and set up the drawing using geolocation based on the provided geo-coordinates.
  2. Utilizing the prior survey and the most recent aerial image, we identified changes to the property by comparing the last surveyed property with the updated aerial image. The findings were shared with the client for verification and to facilitate a more accurate on-site survey.
  3. All on-site improvements were drawn to reflect current conditions and were depicted accurately according to the specified requirements.
  4. The drawing was prepared in compliance with ALTA/NSPS Table A items, with each item clearly labeled on the drawing using its corresponding Table A item number.
  5. The title commitment was fully integrated into the drawing, ensuring all information matched accurately. Schedule B-II items from the title commitment were also included, with a clear identification of whether they impact the property.
