Tower Survey
A summary of our process
- We receive county documents and onsite surveyed geolocated COGO points to prepare a drawing for the tower survey.
- Initially, we outline the parent parcel property where the tower site is located and depict all easements impacting the parent parcel.
- The tower site plan includes all required elements, such as the lease area, access/ingress and egress easements, utility easements, overhead electric lines, tower location, generator, cabinets, and other tower components.
- We include legal descriptions of the parent parcel and lease area on the drawing. Additionally, we identify and note all Schedule B-II exceptions, specifying which affect the subject property and which do not.
