Initially, we outline the parent parcel property where the tower site is located and depict all easements impacting the parent parcel.
The tower site plan includes all required elements, such as the lease area, access/ingress and egress easements, utility easements, overhead electric lines, tower location, generator, cabinets, and other tower components.
We include legal descriptions of the parent parcel and lease area on the drawing. Additionally, we identify and note all Schedule B-II exceptions, specifying which affect the subject property and which do not.
