Utility Survey
A summary of our process
- Using the COGO points, we map the sewer line and label all sewer pipe sizes. We mark and label all sewer cleanouts along the alignment.
- We map the storm line and label the storm pipe sizes, along with the horizontal-to-elevation slope ratio as a percentage for each storm pipe segment.
- We map the water line and connect it to all main water valves.
- Referring to the main pipeline and sub-pipeline, we assign station numbers to all utility blocks for sewer and water systems.
- We include details for all sewer manholes, specifying their manhole number, station number, top elevation, and invert inlet and outlet pipe elevations.
- We include details for all storm manholes, specifying the manhole number, top elevation, and invert inlet and outlet pipe elevations.
- We include details for all water meters, specifying their station numbers.
