Tower Survey

  1. We were provided with all county documents and onsite surveyed COGO points to prepare a drawing for the tower survey.
  2. Initially, we outlined the parent parcel property where the tower site is located and depicted all easements impacting the parent parcel.
  3. The tower site plan included all required elements, such as the lease area, access/ingress and egress easements, utility easements, overhead electric lines, tower location, generator, cabinets, and other tower components.
  4. Legal descriptions of the parent parcel and lease area were included on the final page. Additionally, all Schedule B-II exceptions were identified and noted, specifying which affect the subject property and which do not.

Tower Survey

  1. We were provided with the base setup drawing, which included COGO points with geolocation, along with the contours.
  2. Based on the instructions and guidelines, we created the access easement and lease area for the tower site.
  3. All bearings and distances were labeled in a manner that allows for generating legal descriptions, referencing the POC, POB, and all lines up to the POB again.
  4. The lease space and easement areas were labeled in both square feet and acres, and all necessary information was included as required.
